Awards must be claimed within 30 days of event conclusion and no later than December 31, 2024.
- Redemption forms must be completely filled out and include all supplemental info., i.e. a copy of the official (final) race results, geotagged photos, a copy of a paid invoice & a team declaration form where applicable.
- The name on the redemption form must match the name of the driver/team on the results page that finishes
in a contingency paying position. - A copy of a paid MSRP invoice from an authorized Hoosier Tire dealer or distributor is required and must
accompany all redemption forms submitted. The max number of contingency tires that can be claimed is equivalent to the quantity of tires listed on a paid invoice, e.g. buy a set of four (4) Hoosier Tires and claim a max of four (4) contingency tires for that invoice. - Proof of purchase must be dated within 180 days of the event. Any invoice dated after the qualifying event in which a contingency was earned will not be accepted. Tires purchased during a race weekend from a servicing dealer or distributor will be eligible to claim towards contingency earned for that weekend.
- Tires will be awarded for a maximum of one official points paying race per day, and a maximum of two official points paying races per weekend event. If a class has more than two races per weekend, the race class leader must indicate which two races are eligible for this program. If someone is competing in any TT class on the same day, they may only claim an award for the highest one of those finishing positions. A maximum of four (4) tires can be claimed per event.
- Competitors may only submit claims for the same size tire for which they competed and which they can provide proof of purchase.
- Any tires received through this program are for the recipients use only and are not to be sold. The Hoosier Racing Tire Contingency Program makes no provisions for freight, mounting and balancing.
- Hoosier SM7.5 tires are NOT eligible for contingency.
- This optional contingency program is verified by NASA and paid for by Hoosier Racing Tire. Any additional questions regarding the program can be directed to (574) 784-3152. Falsification or non-compliance of any of the above guidelines will be considered grounds for disqualification
