Program Details

Regional Competition

Spec Tire Class

  1. Follow the Toyo Tires Decal Placement Guidelines for your vehicle.
  2. Complete the Yearly Toyo Tires Contingency Registration Form.
  3. Submit official results to NASA Toyo Bucks redemption portal.

Open Tire Class

  1. Take (5) Photos of your vehicle at the track before your competition session. Refer to the FAQ section here.
  2. Complete  Toyo Tires Open Tire Class Contingency Claim Form once the official results have been published.
  3. Submit the Toyo Tires Open Tire Class Contingency Claim Form to the NASA Toyo Bucks redemption portal.

  3. Location:
    • Spec Tire Classes – Spec Tire Classes MUST follow the decal guidelines and complete a Yearly Registration Form
    • Open Tire Classes – One decal must be prominently placed on each side and on the front and rear of the vehicle.
  4. Decal availability: Decals are available at the driver’s information area at each NASA event.
  5. Spec Tire Program: Competitors must be using Toyo Proxes RR or RA1 (wet) competition tire.
  6. Open Tire Program: Competitors must be using Toyo Proxes RR or R888 or R888R or R1R or RS1 or RA1 (wet) competition tire.
  • Spec Tire Program: Awards are presented to 1st – 5th and 10th – 14th place drivers in NASA regional races based on starter and class requirements.
  • Open Tire Program: Awards are presented to 1st – 3rd place drivers in NASA regional competition based on starter and class requirements.
  • Awards are presented to eligible competitors in the form of “Toyo Bucks”.
  • Certificates will be awarded for a maximum of one official points paying race per day, and a maximum of two official points paying races per race weekend event. If a class has more than two races per weekend, the race class leader must indicate which two races are eligible for this program. An exception to this rules is extended to Enduro competitors. You can collect awards on the same day for Enduro finishes and regional racing finishes.
  • Awards are presented to 1st – 3rd place drivers in the NASA regional racing championship only if there are 5 or more starters in your class for at least 6 of the races for the season within the specific NASA region in which you placed in the championship.
  • Awards are presented to eligible competitors in the form of “Toyo Bucks”.
  • Spec Tire Program: Awards are presented to 1st – 5th place drivers in NASA Championship races based on starter requirements.
  • Open Tire Program: Awards are presented to 1st – 3rd place drivers in NASA Championship competition based on starter requirements.  
  • Contingency awards will be awarded for the main National Championship race only. Qualifying races are not eligible for awards through this program.
  • Time Trial awards can be claimed in addition to race awards during NASA Championship event.
  • Endurance Series Program: Awards are presented to 1st – 3rd place drivers in NASA Endurance races based on starter requirements.
  • TREC: Awards are presented to 1st – 3rd place drivers in NASA TREC races. TREC Competitors must use Toyo Proxes R1R tires to be eligible for contingency
  • Awards are presented to eligible competitors in the form of “Toyo Bucks”.
  • Awards are presented to 1st – 3rd place TMC drivers who run the five required races that make them eligible to race in the Championships in all regions.
  • The “Ron Cortez Memorial Award” is available to eligible competitors as an award towards NASA Championships entry fees.
  • The “Toyo Tires Award” is available to eligible competitors in the form of cash towards Toyo Tires.
  • Minimum of 3 TMC competitors required for program eligibility.
  • A series competitor must compete in 50% of the series races during the season to be counted for this program.
  • Awards must be claimed and any checks issued related to them cashed by Dec. 20th. Any awards not claimed by this date will become ineligible for processing. Any checks issued that remain uncashed after Dec. 20th will become void and the awards will be forfeit. No exceptions to these rules will be made.

“Toyo Bucks” rebates and cash awards must be claimed within 30 days of the conclusion of the event. Regional championship awards must be claimed within 30 days of when the official results have been posted. No claims will be processed after December 31, 2024. Rebates must be redeemed at an official Toyo motorsports dealer within 90 days from when the rebate was issued.

  • No other tire vendor decal or patches may be displayed on the vehicle or person.
  • “Toyo Bucks” rebate certificates can only be redeemed at Official Toyo Tires motorsports dealers.
  • “Toyo Bucks” rebate certificates can only be used towards the purchase of new RA1, R888, R888R, R1R, RR, or RS1 competition tires and cannot be applied to other goods or services such as shipping charges or tire shaving charges.
  • Competitors are required to electronically complete a claim form at NASAToyoBucks.com and submit official timing results.
  • Awards will strictly be based on official race results supplied by NASA.
  • Toyo Tires (USA) Corporation retains the right to change these program details at any time.
  • This optional contingency program is verified by NASA. Cash awards are paid for by NASA on behalf of Toyo Tires and “Toyo Bucks” are issued through Toyo Tires via the NASAToyoBucks.com website.
