  • Forgot your password? Request a temporary password which will be emailed to you.
  • Lost your email address? Contact us and we can restore access to your account. Be prepared to prove your identity!
  • If you have a new address, email or otherwise, you can edit this information yourself. Just login and view “My Profile“.
  • If you need a replacement membership card, Contact us – select Membership and we’ll get one out to you as soon as possible.

  2. Under My Profile, Click on the Membership button and click Renew Now.

  2. Under My Profile, Click on the Membership Card button.

You can expect to receive your NASA membership information via mail/email within 60 days following the purchase of your vehicle. This will include your NASA membership code that will allow you to register for your complimentary track experience.
